Gleaner is one of the leaders and has one of the broades ranges of combine headers in the farm equipment industry. The Gleaner ranges have 6 different series and types of flex heads to match the actual crops, the conditions where to use them and the farm practices involved. Gleaner's many choices makes them one of the performance leaders of the American farming (combine) industry.The 8000 model flexible header is available in a large variety of sizes - 16, 18, 20, 25 and 30 ft. You can start off with a HCC lev. II style pickup reels, or a U2 (Universal). Then add your prefered sickles type - either standard or you can choose the Schumacher (SCH) type. Fine adjustment of height and fore (aft) through curved reel arms are standard on all the flex heads units. Also standard is a hydraulic reel drive including automatic speed control adjusting the speed of the reel in relation to the ground.
Last but not least - there is a huge 30" diameter auger (conveyor) with 7" flighing pushing crop material smoothly and uniformly to the feeding system for real high capacity harvest.
